Nicole said she loves planning all types of events but organizing ones for adults is a favorite. “It’s an honor to be a part of the lives of so many people and help them to create lasting memories with their friends and families.” “I love helping residents fully embrace their community and get to know their neighbors,” she said. Nicole is excited to create and be a part of our residents’ experiences and memories. “I have planned a variety of events of all sizes including food truck nights, dinner socials, holiday events, bingo and dive-in movies, to name a few.” “I have been a Lifestyle Director at a master-planned community for five years,” she said. Kinesiology and exercise science with a minor in marketing, she went right to work as a lifestyle director, most recently at Long Meadow Farms. That’s when I discovered it was my passion and what I craved doing.”Ĭheerful and athletic, Nicole earned a scholarship to Sam Houston State University where she competed as a high jumper and heptathlete. I shortly after planned our wedding and fell even more in love with event planning - I even picked up wedding planning as a side gig to have more events in my life.

“When I was offered my previous lifestyle position and got to plan my first event, I instantly fell in love. “I grew up with my mom always being the ‘hostess with the mostest,’ so the events and parties were always at our house,” Nicole said. This full time programming may seem daunting for some, but with Nicole’s background, it should be a piece of cake. The New Mexico native has taken on the job of planning a full schedule of recreational events and activities for our residents.
